1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpaceFinder ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

SpaceFinder is a directory and booking platform that connects dancers and users with dance studio spaces for hourly rental in Hong Kong. We act as an intermediary between studio hosts and renters.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to studio availability and host confirmation
• Prices displayed are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)
• Cancellation policies are set by individual studio hosts
• SpaceFinder is not responsible for the condition or quality of studio spaces

5. Studio Hosts

• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information
• Hosts must maintain their spaces to a safe and clean standard
• Hosts set their own pricing, availability, and cancellation policies
• SpaceFinder may remove listings that violate these terms

6. User Conduct

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Damage or misuse studio spaces
• Harass or abuse studio hosts or other users
• Submit false reviews or misleading information

7. Limitation of Liability

SpaceFinder provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of listed studios. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of studio spaces booked through our Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
