Dance Studios Near TST & Jordan

By SpaceFinder HK·7 April 2026·3 min read

Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan are among the most visited areas in Hong Kong, packed with tourists, offices, and retail. However, the sky-high commercial rents make it extremely difficult for dance studios to operate here. As of now, there are no dedicated dance studios listed within the TST or Jordan boundaries. The good news: you are never more than a few MTR stops from excellent options in Mong Kok or Hung Hom.

Nearest Option: Mong Kok (2 stops north)

From TST, take the Tsuen Wan Line just 2 stops to Mong Kok. Icon Plus Studio on Canton Road has 7 rooms starting from $80/hr off-peak, with aerial equipment, stage lights, and a smoke machine in Room S. The journey takes about 5 minutes door to platform. 3N4 Production in Mong Kok offers a sound-insulated 650 sqft studio near Sin Tat Plaza with 20% student discount.

Nearest Option: Hung Hom (2 stops east)

From East TST, the Tuen Ma Line takes you to Hung Hom (Ho Man Tin interchange) or directly to Whampoa. Temple Dance Studio and TheME Park Studio are both in Kaiser Estate, about 5 minutes from Whampoa MTR. Temple has professional filming rigs for content creation, while TheME Park offers 1,300 sqft with cargo lift for events. Cove Studio (Hung Hom) is a 24-hour option at $180/hr.

Cross-Harbour to Causeway Bay

If you are coming from TST and prefer Hong Kong Island, the Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty and then Island Line to Causeway Bay takes about 15 minutes. This opens up studios like ODANS Studio, Perfect Unit, and Collab Dance Production, which operates 24/7.

Tips for TST-Based Dancers

If you work in TST and want to dance after office hours, the most efficient route is the short hop to Mong Kok. Icon Plus Studio's off-peak hours include the morning and afternoon slots (7am-6pm), so lunchtime sessions are feasible too. For late-night practice, both CrossLab in Kowloon Bay and Cove Studio in Hung Hom offer 24-hour access within a 10-15 minute MTR ride.

Jordan station itself is just one stop from Mong Kok, making it even faster. If you are on the Tuen Ma Line, you can reach San Po Kong's massive studio cluster at Diamond Hill in about 10 minutes — opening up 14+ studios to choose from.

While TST may lack its own studios, its position as a transit hub means some of the best dance spaces in Hong Kong are only minutes away. Plan your route based on which line you are nearest to, and you will find yourself spoilt for choice.
