Yoga & Pilates Studio Rental in Hong Kong

By SpaceFinder HK·7 April 2026·4 min read

If you are a yoga or pilates instructor looking for rental space to host classes, or a practitioner seeking a private room for personal practice, Hong Kong's dance studio market has plenty of yoga-friendly options. Many dance studios have diversified into yoga and movement practices, providing mats, blocks, straps, and even aerial hammocks alongside their core dance amenities. The key is knowing which studios offer genuine yoga equipment versus those that merely list "yoga" as a service.

Fully Equipped Yoga Studios

ODANS Studio in Causeway Bay explicitly provides yoga mats and blocks in all three studios and lists yoga studio rental as a primary service. The Morandi colour aesthetic and adjustable mood lighting create a serene atmosphere for classes. Studio B (480 sqft) at $250-280/hr is well-sized for a small yoga class. Open from 6am for early morning sessions.

Dee Dream Life in Central is a premium wellness space fully equipped for yoga and meditation. The 14th-floor A-grade building setting includes aroma, special effects, and adjustable lighting. All props and equipment are included with the $400-600/hr rental. Ideal for workshops, retreats, and intimate group sessions.

JFF Studio in Lai Chi Kok is a standout for yoga practitioners. Free to borrow: yoga mats, blocks, wheels, ropes, and straps. The Denon sound system plays ambient music well, and the aroma diffuser and complimentary tea create the right atmosphere. At $130-205/hr (24 hours, owl packages available), it is well-priced for regular classes. The 20% off Sunday Special makes it even more attractive for weekend workshops.

Aerial Yoga Specialists

The Studio Acorn network dominates aerial yoga in Hong Kong. Studio A in Lai Chi Kok has 8 pre-installed aerial hammocks plus 10 ground equipment sets — no need to rig your own. Studio Acorn B&C in the same area adds more aerial and ground equipment across two rooms. The Causeway Bay and Shek Mun locations also have aerial equipment. All are 24-hour with student pricing.

Iconic Dance Studio (Tin Lok Lane) in Causeway Bay has rooms equipped with aerial yoga cloth alongside yoga mats. The hot water washroom and shower room make it comfortable for a full yoga session. Icon Plus Studio in Mong Kok also has aerial equipment in some rooms.

Studios with Yoga Equipment on Hand

Beyond the specialists, many dance studios include basic yoga equipment: Perfect Unit (Causeway Bay — ballet barre, yoga equipment), FL Studio (Tsuen Wan — 14 yoga mats and blocks), InnaVibe Studio (San Po Kong — free yoga equipment, sprung floor), Training Time Studio (Kwai Hing — yoga equipment), OVO Studio (Kwai Hing — yoga equipment), and Moving Arts Studio (Sheung Wan — Harlequin floor, yoga equipment, ballet barres).

Choosing a Space for Yoga Classes

When renting a studio for a yoga class, consider: ceiling height (you need at least 2.5m for standing poses, more for aerial), floor cleanliness (you will be face-down on it), ventilation and air quality, noise from adjacent rooms or floors, and storage for shoes and bags. Studios with changing rooms and showers add value for students. Look for rooms that offer natural light when possible — Studio Acorn A and FL Studio both feature natural light, which enhances the yoga atmosphere significantly.
